I’m Rogith, a process engineer with over 4 years of experience optimizing complex systems. But my real obsession? Helping people train smarter, move pain-free, and build durable bodies that last.After 2 ACL surgeries and years of trial, error. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started thinking like an engineer. I applied the same continuous improvement systems I use in manufacturing, like the Kaizen mindset, to my body. Step by step, I rebuilt my strength through calisthenics, functional training, and rehab-based movement.Now, I help driven individuals and recovering athletes regain confidence in their movement, develop real strength, and future-proof their bodies. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just smart, sustainable training built on experience and resilience.

How does the coaching actually work?

Everything is done online through a fitness app with custom workouts, progress tracking, and direct messaging. I adjust your plan weekly based on your feedback and results.

Do I need a gym membership to start?

No — your program is tailored to your setup, whether that’s a gym, home, or travel. You can make progress with just bodyweight or minimal equipment.

Can I still train if I’ve had surgeries or joint pain?

Yes. I rebuilt myself after two ACL surgeries and three knee surgeries. Every plan is designed to restore strength, stability, and pain-free movement safely.

What if I’m busy or can’t train every day?
